Psychodynamic therapy is a non-judgmental space to explore how past and ongoing experiences might be playing out in your daily life. Therapist and client consider some of the underlying (unconscious) feelings and motivations behind the ways that you may act, react or feel. We will explore patterns that may emerge in relationships, in life – even in the room – to try to gain awareness of what is going on for you, and why. This is a space to address specific events that may have happened to you, or to try to make sense of certain behaviours, relationships or feelings that are overwhelming or confusing.
